Frequent Diner Program FAQ
The more you eat, the more you save!
It’s easy to enroll — the next time you are in the restaurant just fill out one of our convenient sign-up forms. We use your HOME TELEPHONE NUMBER as your ID for this program — just like in the grocery stores so it is easy to remember.
* PLEASE BE ADVISED, THAT ANY FREQUENT DINER NUMBER THAT HAS NOT BEEN USED FOR ONE YEAR, WILL BE DELETED FROM OUR RECORDS, AND ALL POINTS WILL BE LOST.
* YOU MAY RESIGN UP, AT THE RESTAURANT, AT ANY TIME.
* EACH FAMILY SHOULD ONLY USE ONE NUMBER, SO AS NOT TO DILUTE THE POINTS.
* IN ORDER TO GET FULL CREDIT FOR YOUR POINTS DURING EACH VISIT, PLEASE GIVE YOU SERVER, YOUR FREQUENT DINER NUMBER.
* REMEMBER, THERE ARE NO CARDS ISSUED, SO THE DINER MUST REMEBER THEIR CORRCT FREQUENT DINER NUMBER (USUALLY ONE OF THIER PHONE NUMBERS) |

Every time you dine at the Olive Grove, you will accumulate points. You get one point for every dollar spent. Just make sure to give your server your Frequent Diner ID when you come in.
WHEN YOU REACH 250 POINTS, YOU WILL RECEIVE
$30.00 OFF YOUR NEXT CHECK! Last year our guests received over $55,000.00 OFF THEIR CHECKS!
You will also receive emails from us telling you about specials, promotions and events at The Grove. Every time you receive an email from us, your Frequent Diner points will be listed.

A GREAT FREQUENT DINER & BIG GIVEAWAY PROMOTION!
There are two ways. First, every time you go into the restaurant, your receipt will show how many points you have. The points indicated on your receipt are the points you have BEFORE the meal you have just had. Point totals for the current meal will be added the next day. Second, on the emails that we send you, we will indicate your account
number and point totals as of an indicated date.
If you think there is a discrepancy with your points, please fill out the form below and send it to us. Make sure you fill out the form completely.
FREQUENT DINER AND BIG GIVEWAY RULES:
1.THE GUEST MUST GIVE HIS SERVER HIS FREQUENT DINER NUMBER EVERY TIME THEY DINE AT THE GROVE. (IN ORDER TO INSURE PROPER REBATE CREDIT TO THEIR ACCOUNT AND FOR THE FREE ENTRY INTO OUR BIG GIVEAWAY CONTESTS).
2.THE GUEST MUST REMEMBER HIS FREQUENT DINER NUMBER, AS NO CARDS ARE ISSUED WHEN THEY SIGN UP. THEREFORE, USE YOUR HOME NUMBER OR CELL NUMBER. (WE PROMISE TO NEVER SHARE YOUR NUMBER OR SOLICIT YOU FOR ANYTHING).
3.FREQUENT DINER POINTS DO NOT ACCRUE FOR TAX, GRATUITY, CARRY-OUT ORDERS, CRAB CAKE SHIPPING OR PARTIES OVER 8 PERSONS.
4.ONCE A FREQUENT DINER HAS ACCUMULATED AT LEAST 250 POINTS, THEY WILL RECEIVE AT LEAST A $30.00 DEDUCTION OFF THEIR NEXT DINING CHECK!
5.GIVEAWAY PRIZES ARE AWARDED TO RANDOMLY CHOSEN FREQUENT DINER MEMBERS ONLY.
6.ONE WEEK, ALL INCLUSIVE VACATION TO MEXICO FOR TWO PERSONS WILL BE AWARDED ON APRIL 1, 2008. TRAVEL MUST BE COMPLETED BETWEEN MAY 1 AND OCTOBER 31, 2008.
7.42” PLASMA TV WILL BE AWARDED ON FEBRUARY 28, 2008.
8.GARMIN STREET GPS WILL BE AWARDED ON DECEMBER 31, 2007.
9.MONTHLY $100.00 GIFT CARDS ARE AWARDED ON THE 5TH OF EACH MONTH THROUGH 2007 & 2008.
10.FREQUENT DINER POINTS AND PRIZES HAVE NO CASH VALUE, EXCEPT AS STATED. |
